Suns’ School
L’Ecole des Soleils is an french association whose mission is to create and support a school in India (Suryodaya Educational Trust), in a small village 7 km from Bodh Gaya, where Buddha reached enlightement.

Arnaud et Shiva (2002)
The genesis of the project begun in India in January 2002 as Arnaud met Shiva in Bodhgaya during the bodhi tree celebrations.
At that time, Arnaud is living during 2 months by Shiva’s home in Bodh Gaya.
July 2011
Rinku, Shiva’s daughter, and two of her children in 2011.
The project takes place where she lives.
Arnaud will meet Shiva again in summer 2011.
His children have grown and his daughter Rinku has herself 3 children. Arnaud meets her in her village, 10 kms by Bodh Gaya. He is really amazed by this charming place, dedicated to rice, wheat and vegetables growings.
This little village and its houses made of mud is an oasis of happiness with many children all around. Plenty of them don’t go to school and the village people are hoping for a good educational service. The school project idea was born. Rinku’s husband had a non-used building. The place was found. The project could start on good bases…..
